Restaurant Host PT/FT

The Host is the guest's first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences.

What you will do:

• Greeting and seating guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Answering the phones, confirming reservations and making new reservations.
• Responding to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Being adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

• This is a part-time or full-time seasonal position.
• A successful candidate will have the availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
