Provide guests with water, pool amenities, towels, and seating assistance at the pool;
Take food and beverage orders and deliver all orders around the pool;
Respond to guest interactions in a courteous and professional manner to maximize satisfaction;
Set up and re-set all pool amenities, equipment, lounge beds and chairs;
Coordinate guest orders with the kitchen using the resort’s POS system and manage timing of food and beverage service
