Epic Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT resource responsible for imaging, configuring, preparing, and deploying end‑user hardware across the organization.
• Handle device lifecycle activities such as imaging, staging, deploying, replacing, and collecting equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, card readers, monitors, docks, and other peripherals.
• Travel to various onsite locations to perform deployment activities.
• Provide limited Tier 1 technical support during deployments, assisting users with device setup, login access, and peripheral connectivity while escalating issues outside deployment scope as needed.
• Maintain a “can‑do” attitude and demonstrate professionalism in a medical facility environment.
• Meet client requirements for vaccinations, drug screening, and HIPAA privacy regulations.
• Have a car, valid driver’s license, and proof of vehicle insurance to facilitate travel between locations.
• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Ability to configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to established IT standards, security protocols, and deployment procedures.
• Experience with deploying and installing end‑user equipment across multiple onsite locations.
• Provide limited Tier 1 technical support and assist users during deployment activities.
• Comfortable working within a medical facility and adherence to HIPAA privacy regulations.
• Car ownership, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance to support travel.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong “can‑do” attitude.

Compensation Range
$21.00 – $25.00 an hour
