Responsibilities
Sentinel is seeking an IT Field Technician to assist our client. In this role you will serve as the primary IT resource responsible for imaging, configuration, preparation, and deployment of end‑user hardware across the organization. This position involves device lifecycle activities such as imaging, staging, deploying, replacing, and collecting equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, card readers, monitors, docks, and other peripherals.
The role requires travel to various locations.
- Configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to established IT standards, security protocols, and deployment procedures.
- Experience deploying and installing end‑user equipment, including monitors, printers, card readers, docking stations, and other peripherals across multiple onsite locations.
- Provide limited Tier 1 technical support during deployments, assisting users with device setup, login access, and peripheral connectivity while escalating issues outside deployment scope as needed.
- Assist users during deployment, providing limited Tier 1 level support related to device setup, login, and connection to peripherals.
- Comfortable working in a medical facility.
- Be able to satisfy client requirements, including proof of required vaccinations, drug screening, and adherence to HIPAA privacy regulations.
- Must own a vehicle; possession of a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance is required.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Demonstrate a “can‑do” attitude.

$21.00–$25.00 an hour
