Vail, Colorado (River Run Apartments) CORY is partnering with Texas Capital Partners, who is hiring a high-impact leader, execution-focused Community Director, to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio. About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established private equity investment and development group specializing in multi-family housing. Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Overseeing entire operations for a 117-unit asset. Drive occupancy, monitor market conditions Recruit, train, and develop on-site staff Implement initiatives that improve retention and community engagement Own the property budget and support monthly reporting and variance analysis The Skills & Experience You Possess: 3-5 years in multifamily property management Proven leadership and team management Strong operational and financial acumen Experience with property management systems (Yardi) Bilingual in Spanish Perks and Benefits You'll Receive:
Base salary up to $105,000, plus additional incentives, based on experience.
