This is a hands‑on role pharmaceutical manufacturing, sterile laboratory operations, cultivation, inventory management, and regulated order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has experience with mycology or laboratory/pharma environments, enjoys working with precision, and understands the importance of following established procedures while maintaining flexibility throughout the day.

No two days are exactly alike. You’ll move between laboratory work, manufacturing, documentation, inventory, and operational support while helping us maintain the highest quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform manufacturing and laboratory procedures according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with mushroom cultivation, harvesting, processing, and manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and inventory logs.
  • Follow strict sanitation, contamination prevention, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, package, and fulfill regulated product orders with exceptional accuracy.
  • Support inventory management and regulated inventory transactions.
  • Assist with laboratory organization, equipment maintenance, and daily operational tasks.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with all company procedures.

  • Experience in mycology, laboratory work, manufacturing, biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written procedures with consistency and accuracy.
