As a CRNA at Vail Health, you’ll practice in a collaborative, high‑performing anesthesia team across our system—including Vail Health Hospital, Vail Valley Surgery Centers, and the Dillon Surgery Center. Vail Health operates a 56-bed state-of-the-art hospital and three outpatient surgery centers across the Eagle and Summit Counties. The anesthesia service line supports a high-acuity orthopedic and spine caseload—professional athletes, complex reconstructions, and sports medicine—without cardiac or neuro call. OB coverage available for those with experience; not required.

• Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across a diverse case mix
• Partner closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure exceptional patient care

• Generous CME budget annually plus dedicated time off

• 5+ years of CRNA experience preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency in advanced airway management skills and current anesthesia knowledge
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per year.

Yearly Pay:

$285,000 - $285,000 USD
