Registered Nurse- Overnights

All Points North (APN) is seeking a licensed RN to join our overnight team at our Edwards, CO facility. This is a full‑time position focused on providing compassionate, high‑quality care in a behavioral health and wellness setting. Overnight shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

A registered nurse (RN) is a vital member of the healthcare team responsible for providing direct patient care, promoting health, preventing illness, and assisting patients in managing their health conditions. This position requires a bachelor’s degree or associate degree in nursing. Must also possess a nursing license in the state of Colorado. CARN certification preferred but not required.

A minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred but not required. Preferred experience in behavioral health.

Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable, and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web‑based products knowledge a bonus.

• Monitoring Vital Signs:

  Perform various clinical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, IV therapy, and specimen collection, following established protocols and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and pharmacists, to coordinate patient care and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHRs) or other medical record systems, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
