Schedule/Hours
  • Variable shifts aligned with surgical schedules, offering work‑life balance and ample downtime.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 1–2 years recent experience in an acute‑care Operating Room
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OR safety, sterile technique, and surgical instrumentation
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
  • Adaptability to fast‑paced, collaborative team environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring patient safety throughout
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver best‑in‑class patient care
  • Administer medications and monitor patient status pre‑, intra‑, and post‑op
  • Maintain accurate documentation and advocate for patient needs
