Job Description:

This position assumes responsibility and accountability for providing nursing care for patients and their families. Expert, compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients and families is expected. The role collaborates with providers, staff, and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily patient flow to optimize patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Triage incoming patient requests for services.
• Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote optimal wellness.
• Delegate care appropriately and in accordance with Colorado statutes.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with other physician practices and support services.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
