American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room Circulator role requiring a CO or compact RN license and prior OR experience.

• Surgery center setting
• OR Circulator role
• 3x12 day shift schedule

• Active RN license (Colorado or compact state) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required

• Provide expert, compassionate, individualized nursing care to patients and families
• Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety and satisfaction
• Triage incoming patient requests for services
• Deliver patient education to support informed healthcare choices
• Delegate care appropriately in accordance with Colorado statute
• Demonstrate strong assessment, prioritization and critical thinking skills
• Administer medications and assist with treatments and procedures per patient safety guidelines
• Coordinate care with physician practices and other healthcare partners
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Utilize Relationship-Based Care principles to advocate for patients and families
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
