Key

Qualifications:
  • Current and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments
  • Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, efficient care for surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Monitor patient vitals, ensure accurate surgical site preparation, and maintain strict sterile technique
  • Coordinate with surgeons, surgical techs, and anesthesia teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
  • Accurately document all aspects of care and communicate effectively with colleagues and families

$1,953 - $2,212/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 32 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
