Join us in the mountains, whether you’re a first‑time snow visitor or a seasoned skier. As a Non‑Certified Snowboard Instructor you will help guests of all ages experience world‑class snow sports instruction while creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment.

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 - Shift type:
Full‑time or part‑time (no 40‑hour workweek guaranteed; scheduled hours vary with business volume) - Minimum age: 16 years

- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
- Deliver world‑class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch and fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comfortable and competent at snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
- Willing to work with guests of all ages and comfortable with children aged 3 and older
- Fluently communicate in English
- Willing to work weekends, holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements
- Comfortable wearing snowboard boots for extended periods
- Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting skill, guest service and safety standards
Submission of a parental consent form upon hire, plus a work permit, physician’s note and/or proof of birthdate as required by state law.
