Non-Certified Snowboard Instructor

• Starting wage: $20.00/hr (base wage, with additional teaching incentives available)

• Teach group and private lessons
• Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
• Deliver world‑class guest service
• Create a safe and fun learning environment
• Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch and fitting equipment
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Comfortable and competent at snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
• Willing to work with guests of all ages and comfortable with children aged 3 and older
• Fluently communicate in English
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements
• Comfortable wearing snowboard boots for extended periods
• Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting skill, guest service and safety standards

Submission of a parental consent form upon hire, plus a work permit, physician’s note and/or proof of birthdate as required by state law.
