Position Overview
The Licensed Real Estate Assistant supports Agents and the Operations team with day‑to‑day marketing, client service, and transaction‑related tasks while joining a world‑class, number‑one team in the Vail Valley specializing in luxury real estate. This role is ideal for a newly licensed or early‑career real estate professional who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of residential real estate.
The position offers unparalleled exposure to high‑end listings, buyers, marketing, and operations within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, providing a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation alongside top‑performing industry professionals.
- Field & Appointment Support
- Assist with showings, broker previews, and on‑site logistics as assigned.
- Help coordinate property access and appointment scheduling.
- Client Onboarding & Presentation Support
- Assist with assembling CMAs, listing presentation materials, and buyer packets.
- Help prepare documents and collateral for client meetings.
- Enter new client information into the CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Listing Preparation
- Help install lockboxes and confirm signage placement (if applicable).
- Support the execution of listing marketing tasks following team guidelines.
- Client Service & Relationship Support
- Assist with client follow‑ups and routine touchpoints.
- Support client events and gifting initiatives.
- Transaction & Listing Support
- Assist with open‑house and broker open event scheduling and marketing as needed.
- Collect and organize showing feedback.
- Attend inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs as needed.
- Buyer Support
- Assist with buyer consultations and property tours as needed.
- Help schedule appointments and coordinate access.
- Gather buyer feedback and relay preferences to Agents.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with submitting brokerage paperwork and compliance items.
- Help organize receipts, files, and office supplies.
- Support calendar management and email monitoring for priority items.
- Assist with expense tracking and reimbursement submissions.
- Complete daily task lists and support overall team operations.
- Team‑focused with a willingness to assist where needed.
- 2–5 years of experience in client services, hospitality, etc.
- Active Colorado real estate license (REQUIRED).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable.
- Professional and positive communication style.
- Comfortable using basic technology and learning new systems.
- Team‑focused with a willingness to assist where needed.
