This is a full-time on‑site role for a Cook at Piney River Ranch located in Vail, CO. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to guest preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring high‑quality food presentation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary team to create an exceptional dining experience for guests.

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team
• Experience in a fast paced environment a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The job is mostly day shifts.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or fast casual dining setting is a plus
• Culinary training or certification is preferred but not required
• Seasonal position with housing available.
