Cook III - Year Round

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook III to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Cook III, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining the company's culinary and service standards. This full-time, year-round position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared with attention to detail, quality, and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations by following appropriate sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with ordering and inventory management of kitchen supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Participate in ongoing culinary training and development programs.

• Proven experience as a Cook III or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of kitchen equipment, food preparation techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required.
