PartTime On Call Bartender

Avanti F&B Vail is seeking an experienced, dependable bartender to support private events, large group reservations, and special programming on an on‑call or part-time basis. This position is responsible for setting up and breaking down event bars, preparing and serving cocktails, beer, and wine, processing guest payments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly, efficient service throughout events and shifts.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly, and can be trusted to work independently or as part of a team. Previous bartending experience and knowledge of responsible alcohol service are required. Availability will vary based on the event schedule, with most shifts occurring during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations.
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties.
• Mix and deliver drinks to customers, including alcoholic and non‑alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks.

• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service.
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED).
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members.
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills.

Compensation: $12.14 hourly
