We are seeking a dedicated and reliable culinary professional to join our team in a full‑time, year‑round role. This position plays an important part in delivering a positive dining experience through consistent food quality, safe kitchen practices, and efficient service. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized work station during service.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency throughout preparation and plating.
• Support efficient kitchen operations by communicating effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and labeling ingredients and supplies.
• Help maintain equipment, tools, and kitchen areas in proper working condition.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented, guest‑focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
