Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager leads the store as Brand Leader, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional client service. This role oversees daily store operations, talent development, and local business initiatives to meet KPI targets and support brand strategy. The Manager represents the brand in the marketplace and ensures flawless execution of company standards.

• Drive store sales and productivity through management of KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT, and inventory.
• Lead and coach the sales team on customer engagement, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage employee performance and career progression.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, cash management, shipping and receiving, and inventory control.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and execute floor changes.
• Analyze business performance, develop action plans with Regional Director, and support product launches and client events.
• Manage after sales and consignment programs to maximize client experience and sales.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Proven track record in sales generation, clienteling, and employee development.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and business acumen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS, CRM and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and stand/walk for the majority of a 40-hour workweek.
