PM Shift Leader, Ice Cream Store

• Total compensation averages between $21.00-$25.00 per hour (base + tips)
• Full time or part time positions available
• Evening availability required, 5:00 p.m. – 11:00/11:30 p.m.
• Consistent scheduling available

• Open the store timely and efficiently, with or without a team
• Prepare food items confidently and maintain awareness of stock levels
• Communicate and serve customers with joy; know product details and service standards
• Maintain accurate cash handling and perform closing cash-out procedures
• Exemplify Sundae’s customer service standards with pride and leadership
• Participate in staff meetings and team cleaning tasks
• Lead a team during a shift by modeling positive customer interactions, portion control, and cleanliness

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Some food service experience preferred
• Must be 16 years or older
• Must have work availability throughout the winter season (approximately 9/30/2026)

• Move or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
• Constantly use manual and automatic food service equipment and touchscreens
• Regularly move up to 25 pounds for a distance of 50 feet or more
• Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to clean or lift items stored above
• Occasionally position self to clean, maintain equipment, and retrieve items below counter height
