Retail Associate – Four Seasons Resort Vail About the roleThis role is responsible for delivering a premier customer experience at the Four Seasons retail store, with additional duties in the Spa. The associate will help the Store Manager maintain store areas, ensuring guest service meets the expected level of luxury. The position requires weekday availability.
What you will do:- Customer Service: greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping them select products that suit their preferences.
- Product Knowledge: maintain a deep understanding of the product range and brand lifestyle culture, providing detailed information and answering questions.
- Sales: actively contribute to achieving sales targets, upselling and cross‑selling while maintaining high service standards.
- Store Presentation: keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing; regularly check stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Cash Handling: accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Stock Management: assist in stock receiving and inventory control, ensuring proper storage and product rotation.
- Customer Relations: build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and likely to return.
- Brand Representation: uphold the values and standards of the Four Seasons brand in every interaction, reflecting luxury and elegance.
- Minimum 1+ year in guest or customer service, luxury retail experience preferred.
- Passion for ski culture, luxury clothing, and customer service.
- Strong guest service experience and the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer equipment, POS systems, and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
- Fluency in English and current U.S. work authorization.
- Wage of $25.75 per hour plus commissions.

This is a seasonal position. Must have weekday availability. Successful candidates will have a flexible schedule and the ability to work morning, afternoon, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
