Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until June 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever comes first).

Product Sales Team Leaders facilitate the sale of resort services such as lift passes, lessons, childcare, and more. They serve as key partners in crafting guest experiences.

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of resort products, policies, and operations, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Lead daily operations of product sales, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and supervision of sales.
- Assist in hiring, supporting, and training product sales team members in daily operations.
- Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback, recognizing, correcting, or escalating as needed.
- Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
- Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or ticket sales.
- Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb.
Expected pay range: $23.00/hr – $27.05/hr individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
