The Senior Sales Manager supports the organization in generating profitable revenue through solicitation programs aligned with the hotel’s financial objectives.
ResponsibilitiesThis position assists in developing and implementing solicitation programs to increase hotel revenue. The Senior Sales Manager generates business from market segments within assigned territory, establishes partnerships with key Travel Partners, initiates sales promotional programs, broadens the client base, conducts personalized sales campaigns, coordinates trade shows and seminars, maximizes promotion exposure, aggressively solicits and follows up on leads, and actively participates in trade and business associations to generate business leads and increase hotel visibility.

- 10 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Luxury resort hospitality sales experience
- Excellent working knowledge of all hotel operating processes
- Ability to create, implement, and analyze manual and automated reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical and managerial applications of PMS, Envision, and appropriate PC applications
- Operational knowledge of the national sales process
- Familiarity with legal and contractual agreements
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to travel 20‑30%
