Licensed Electrician

We are looking for a licensed electrician who brings both deep technical skill and the kind of problem-solving mindset that keeps a project moving when things get complicated. This is a role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of big tasks, working through challenges methodically, and delivering high-quality work in some of the most demanding residential environments in Colorado.

You will be involved in the full scope of our work — from rough-in electrical on new construction to the integration and commissioning of advanced home automation systems — alongside a collaborative team that values your expertise and trusts you to get things done.

• Install, service, and troubleshoot electrical systems in high-end residential new construction and remodel projects
• Install and support home automation systems including lighting control, motorized shading, AV integration, and HVAC — working alongside our automation specialists
• Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and project specifications accurately
• Manage your time effectively across tasks and projects, meeting deadlines consistently without cutting corners on quality
• Coordinate professionally with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and interior designers on active job sites
• Maintain job-site quality and cleanliness standards appropriate to luxury residential work
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers, particularly when working in occupied homes
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time on site
• Familiarity with home automation platforms such as Lutron, Control4, JoshAI, or Savant is a meaningful advantage (training available)

• Valid Colorado electrician’s license (required)
• 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience; residential experience strongly preferred
• A genuine aptitude for problem-solving — you approach complex situations with patience and persistence, not frustration
• Ability to take on large, multi-step tasks independently and see them through to completion
• A strong sense of accountability around deadlines — you take project timelines seriously and manage your work accordingly, while never letting speed compromise the quality of your results
• Valid Drivers License and good record
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when working in clients’ homes
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined or elevated spaces
