Gore Creek Plumbing & Heating is seeking a hardworking and dependable Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team. We work on custom homes, remodels, service work, and light commercial projects throughout the Vail Valley. The ideal candidate works well with others, communicates professionally with clients and builders, and is committed to delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

- Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform rough-in, top-out, trim, service, and troubleshooting work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers.
- Follow company safety standards and local plumbing codes.
- Assist with training and mentoring apprentices as experience allows.
- Represent Gore Creek Plumbing & Heating with professionalism and integrity.
- 2-4 years of plumbing experience required.
- Apprentice registration or Journeyman license preferred.
- Experience in residential construction and remodeling preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard every day.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in high-end residential, mountain, or cold-climate systems (boilers, snowmelt, high-end fixtures) is a plus.
