HVAC Lead Installer

Golden Eagle Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning is hiring a dependable and skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead residential HVAC installations, communicate well with customers and coworkers, and ensure every project is completed correctly and professionally.

Pay: $28–$48 per hour, based on skills and experience

Schedule:

Full-time

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment
• Read installation instructions, job plans, and equipment specifications
• Direct and support installation helpers
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer requirements and local codes
• Test newly installed systems for proper operation
• Communicate job progress, material needs, and concerns to management
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Provide professional and respectful customer service
• Complete required job documentation and photos

• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices
• Ability to lead an installation team
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment and materials
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and different weather conditions
• Dependable, organized, and able to communicate effectively
• Must take pride in producing clean, high-quality installations
• No specific number of years of experience is required. Pay and position level will be based on demonstrated HVAC installation skills and leadership ability.
