Golden Eagle Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning is hiring a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team. No HVAC experience is required—we are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn a skilled trade.

We invest in our employees' education by providing opportunities to attend HVAC technical school, training courses, and certification programs. You'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced installers.

• Assist with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini‑splits
• Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain clean and safe jobsites
• Follow instructions from lead installers
• Learn proper installation procedures and safety practices
• Attend assigned technical school and training courses
• Complete job documentation and photos when requested

• No previous HVAC experience required
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
• Commitment to attending and completing provided education and training
