Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Bold Solutions – Eagle County, CO

Bold Solutions is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Eagle County. This role is hands-on, fast-moving and ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized and taking pride in quality work.

• Handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, work orders and repairs across multiple buildings and properties
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general building upkeep
• Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Assist with seasonal work like snow removal, landscaping coordination and irrigation checks
• Communicate clearly with residents, owners, vendors and the Bold team
• Use App Folio/Wrike/Time to track work orders, time and notes

• Maintenance experience
• A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to be part of the on-call rotation (typically evenings/weekends on a scheduled basis)
