Shuttle Driver – Ascent

Get ready to drive into an unforgettable winter! The Ascent, managed by East West Hospitality, is hiring two seasonal Shuttle Drivers to keep the momentum going this season. We have two full-time positions waiting for skilled and safety-focused drivers. If you thrive in the winter and have what it takes to keep our team and guests moving safely through the snow, this opportunity was made for you!

Duties Include:

  Experience:
  
  Safely shuttle guests and owners, making every ride a first-class experience.
• Gear Guru:
  Load and unload ski gear with ease, plus lend a hand with luggage.
• Keep It Pristine:
  Daily checks, cleaning, and fueling to keep our shuttle in top shape.
• Guest Service Extraordinaire:
  Provide friendly assistance, tours, and handle light maintenance needs.
• Snow Warrior:
  Take on light snow shoveling and keep the Driver App updated for seamless service.

What’s Hot:

Our Shuttle Drivers are eligible for our Epic Merchant Pass program. Both positions have free onsite parking at the entrance to Beaver Creek and use of the shuttle to the mountain on your days off!

Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22 – $25/hour DOE + any tips received; first half $500 bonus paid after 60 days and the second half after 90 days.

Schedule: Friday & Saturday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate is at least 21 years of age. They are a safe, insurable driver with a valid USA driver’s license who can pass a background check and meet HOA insurance requirements. Exceptional customer service skills are essential—someone who can easily engage with guests and owners to ensure a superior experience. This role requires a team player who can also work independently, with the physical ability to lift and carry snow equipment and luggage as needed.

Clear communication in English (spoken, read, and written) is a must, along with the ability to use a driver’s app to manage pick-ups, drop-offs, and rider interactions. Current housing in Eagle County is strongly preferred.
