Provide residents with restorative/rehabilitative activities according to the treatment plan or ROM plan written by a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech-Language Pathologist.;
Collaborate with Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech-Language Pathologist to implement ROM plans.;
Maintain CNA certification and complete twelve hours of in-service training annually to maintain certification.;
Provide patient-focused, whole-person care.;
Support the mission of caring for residents, especially the most vulnerable.
