In promoting optimal health and well‑being in Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers, the Caregiver Health Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements and Providence Saint Joseph Health policies. The Associate CHRN participates as an integral team member with colleagues such as Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well‑being to deliver high‑quality occupational and environmental health services.
All duties are performed in a manner that promotes the organization's mission, values, and philosophy.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association upon hire. - 1 year of experience as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 6 months of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting.
- 6 months of experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, OHM.

Pay Range: $43.82 - $68.03 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
