EARN $30,000 THIS SUMMER IN PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND, ALASKA
We're hiring a USCG Master Captain to join Pangaea Adventures for the summer season in Prince William Sound, Alaska (home port: Valdez).
This seasonal role (with some flexibility on start and end dates, roughly mid-May through mid-September) involves operating USCG-inspected 15 GRT vessels in support of our sea kayaking, glacier, backcountry, and wildlife programs. If you believe humility sharpens judgment, courage means speaking up, and that safety and accountability guide how we look out for one another, you'll love spending the summer with us.
Pangaea Adventures has been based in Valdez and operating in Prince William Sound since 1996. We're a very team-oriented operation. Our captains work closely with guides and operations staff, and we place real trust and respect in the captain's role in keeping both our team and our guests safe. We focus on small-group experiences, thoughtful vessel operations, and quality over volume.
