Security Officer
Position:
Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8‑hour variable shifts, 40 hours per week.
Location:
Providence Valdez Medical Center, Valdez, AK.
Under supervision, performs all technical duties relative to maintaining a safe and secure environment. This includes monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents.
Required Qualifications- Driving may be necessary; must comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Proof of driver’s license and auto insurance required upon request.
- Experience with various computer programs, databases and Microsoft Office programs.
- At least 3 years of experience in security or military.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare security.
