Job SummaryCoordinate, oversee, and perform a wide variety of administrative and program support. Provide office and staff support services, supervise special projects and events, and maintain departmental records.
Responsibilities- Coordinate department or unit activities, monitor and report as needed, and assist with budget planning and management.
- Develop and plan projects, and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Provide confidential administrative support and serve as the primary point of contact with other offices and external agencies.
- Compose and prepare written correspondence and documentation.
- Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the day‑to‑day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Supervise personnel, including hiring recommendations, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
- Associate’s degree and five (5) years of related work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with maintaining a budget.
$17.61/hr ($36,628/annual)
