Job

Job Summary

Coordinate, oversee, and perform a wide variety of administrative and program support. Provide office and staff support services, supervise special projects and events, and maintain departmental records.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate department or unit activities, monitor and report as needed, and assist with budget planning and management.
  • Develop and plan projects, and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Provide confidential administrative support and serve as the primary point of contact with other offices and external agencies.
  • Compose and prepare written correspondence and documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee the day‑to‑day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Supervise personnel, including hiring recommendations, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree and five (5) years of related work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with maintaining a budget.
Proposed Salary

$17.61/hr ($36,628/annual)
