WhatSuccess Looks Like
On a day-to-day basis, you will keep our office running smoothly by managing communication and scheduling. Your primary goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience from the very first phone call.
Key Responsibilities:- High-Volume Communication: Manage 50+ incoming calls per day, answering customer questions, estimating project times, and booking appointments.
- Smart Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for our field craftsmen, optimizing their travel time and matching the right skills to the right jobs.
- Customer Support: Follow up with customers after their service to ensure they are fully satisfied with the work completed.
- Office Coordination: Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and basic email correspondence.
Over time, success in this role means establishing a highly efficient scheduling system and building strong, trusting relationships with both our field team and local homeowners, ensuring repeat business and steady growth.
What You Bring to the TableWe are looking for a reliable, positive professional who thrives when keeping multiple projects organized be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Must-HaveQualifications:
- Ability to work full-time, onsite at our Valdosta, GA office.
- Proven experience comfortably handling 50+ phone calls per day with a warm, helpful, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with email, internet searches, and scheduling or customer database software.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or office administration.
- A basic understanding of home improvement, repair, or maintenance tasks to help better estimate jobs.
- Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, plus a bonus program.
- Position Type: Full-time.
- Location: Onsite in Valdosta, GA.
