The Supervisor, Service Delivery will lead and support the Mediacom Business Implementation Coordinator Service Delivery Associate team. This role is responsible for ensuring service orders are efficiently managed to minimize fulfillment intervals while utilizing cost‑effective installation methods. The Supervisor drives performance, quality, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of Service Delivery Associates.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to consistently meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Implement and continuously refine fulfillment best practices to improve overall service delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain performance monitoring methods to ensure high‑quality results and strong internal and external customer relationships.
• Support associates in managing relationships with Operations, Engineering, and Construction business partners.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on individual and departmental performance to optimize revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee staffing responsibilities, including hiring, attendance management, performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and communicate accurate reporting to support business objectives and maximize operational efficiency.
• Adhere to assigned work schedules and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven success in business or commercial fulfillment strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in fulfillment, customer service, telecommunications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
• Working knowledge of CSG, Microsoft Dynamics, and Meta Solv preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow‑through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
