College Services Coordinator – Student Affairs

• managing and processing day-to-day operational functions under the College Services group
• Manage compliance functions for multiple colleges, including r2t4, sap appeals, and verification tasks
• Assist with form edits and creation in campus logic student forms
• Process c flags such as unusual enrollment history
• Process professional judgement appeals and dependency overrides
• Review sap appeals to ensure compliance
• Other student affairs related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree
  * and* Two (2) years related work experience
• 5
  -10 years of experience using banner for financial aid processing of r2t4, verification, and sap
• 2 years of experience using campus logic to build custom forms
• 2-5 years of experience using campus logic student forms to process verifications
• 5 years of experience reviewing SAP appeals
• 5 years of experience performing professional judgements and dependency overrides

Demonstrates expertise in financial aid processing, compliance management, and student affairs operations, with a strong focus on SAP appeals, professional judgments, and form creation using Campus Logic.
