Customer Service Representative
Location: Valdosta, GA
Hours/Pay Rate: 1st shift / $17/hr

Are you a customer service superstar with a can-do attitude? Kelly, in partnership with a large logistics company, is looking for a positive and proactive Logistics Customer Service Representative to be the driving force behind our logistics operations in Valdosta, GA. If you love helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do- Multitask and prioritize with ease while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Keep customer records up to date and process all inbound/outbound freight.
- Verify shipments and receipts, accurately process orders into our WMS system, and manage inventory.
- Communicate with clients and our shipping partners to ensure shipments are smooth and efficient.
- Help resolve customer issues and build lasting relationships with every interaction.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive and upbeat work environment.
- High school diploma required.
- 3-5 years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics and with WMS software (Camelot, Navis) is great—but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.
