Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.

  • Provide inbound customer support.

Your Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for this role include:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Live within 40-Mile radius of our Valdosta site
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • The ability to work various shifts as needed
