As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Help customers resolve technical issues.
• Assist in correcting billing concerns.
• Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.
• Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile.

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year customer service of experience preferred
• Live within 40-Mile radius of our Valdosta site
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Strong PC knowlege and computer navigation skills
• The ability to work various shifts as needed

• The base salary range for this position is $17.00- $19.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
