Position Summary

IPG is currently seeking a highly motivated Architect / Project Manager . Primary responsibilities include drafting and design through full project management and construction administration, with close interaction with clients and the A/E team. Additional responsibilities will be based on the candidate’s education, skills, and experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. This position requires a self-starter who is a team player and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The requirements and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
  • 3+ years of architectural project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience providing architectural services ranging from initial planning through construction administration.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Extensive knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Preparation of designs, sketches, schematic drawings, and final working drawings.
  • Ability to write and edit specifications and have experience with codes, agencies, and industry standards.
  • Able to attend site visits when necessary.
  • Must be self‑motivated, dependable, detail oriented, highly organized, and efficient with time.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and communicate clearly in writing.
  • Willing and able to work full time on site in our office in Valdosta, GA. (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
