Role OverviewGrowing, financially solid medical center with 30 specialties and state-of-the-art technology has approval to create additional capacity/beds due to increased volume. Site is home to 4 residency programs with high ratings and low physician attrition due to a strong culture. Join 2 board-certified cardiologists plus several NPs in a hospital-employed role. Be busy immediately.
Responsibilities- Provide interventional cardiology care in a hospital-employed role alongside two board-certified cardiologists and NPs.
- Schedule:
Mon–Thu 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.;
Friday half days; week split between Clinic & Heart Center. - Clinic volume: approximately 14 patients per day; hospital patient volume varies.
- Call required: 7 days per month for medical/therapeutic cardiology only; no STEMI call; shared with other fellow cardiologists; extra pay for additional call.
- Cath lab equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a GE Myospect Nuclear Camera.
- Opportunity to precept local medical students and residents as well as visiting students.

- $30,000 Loan Assistance annually (Federal Loan Forgiveness Site).

- 1+ years of experience preferred.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
