The Associate Director of Campus Visits and the Welcome Center plays a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions and experiences of prospective students and their families. This position oversees the planning, execution, and assessment of all on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruitment events and manages the daily operations of the Gretchen

B. Caughman Student Welcome Center. The Associate Director ensures that every visitor's interaction reflects the institution's mission, brand, and commitment to student success.

• STRATEGIC RECRUITMENT SUPPORT: Develop events and programs that effectively support both recruitment (encouraging applications) and yield (converting admitted students to enrolled students) as part of the overall undergraduate admissions strategy, drawing upon trends and real-time data. Design all event programming so that it contributes to meaningful connections between prospective students, families, and the AU campus community. Serve as a key member of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions leadership team, contributing to departmental decisions that support meeting the enrollment goals of Augusta University.
  
  Utilize CRM and event management platforms to manage registrations, communications, and post-visit follow-up. Analyze visitor and event data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance conversion metrics to meet application and enrollment goals. Ensure event and visit programs are accessible to all participants.
