The Communications Specialist for the Registrar's Office is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering clear, accurate, and timely communications to students, faculty, staff, and campus partners. This position continuously reorganizes, refreshes, and maintains the Registrar's Office web presence, oversees communication workflows across multiple platforms, manages social media content, and serves as the primary liaison for key communication systems, including Pathify, Slate, and Apex.

The specialist ensures all messaging aligns with institutional standards and supports departmental goals related to student success, registration, academic records, and policy awareness. They will serve as the communication representative for all Registrar projects. Completes other duties as assigned.
