Job SummaryThe Department of Chemistry and Geosciences seeks applicants for a tenure‑track faculty position beginning August 1, 2026. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate‑level courses, maintaining scholarly productivity, and participating in service to contribute to the department and broader university and surrounding communities.
The Department of Chemistry and Geosciences offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geosciences with options in Geography, Geology, Environmental Sustainability, Environmental and Climate Sciences, Geospatial Technologies and Urban Planning, and Natural Hazards Management. The Environmental Geosciences program offers a student‑centered learning environment with emphasis on experiential learning. The department seeks a dynamic and innovative faculty member to join our interdisciplinary team.
