KeyQualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with students, staff, and parents
- Proficient in counseling, consultation, and data‑driven decision‑making
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
- Conduct and interpret psycho educational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Develop tailored intervention strategies in academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional domains
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi‑disciplinary planning
- Deliver short‑term individual or group counseling to address barriers to learning
