Overview
Seven Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Valdosta, Georgia.

This position offers a blended weekly rate of $2,920 based on five 8‑hour day shifts each week, with weekly pay and tax‑free stipend.

- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations to determine functional mobility and therapy needs.
- Develop individualized plans of care tailored to patient‑specific goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including strengthening, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
- Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
- Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs and long‑term functional strategies.
- Promote patient independence, safety, and measurable progress in mobility.
- Active Georgia PT license.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience (preferred).
- Known as “The Azalea City,” rich with green spaces and Southern charm.
