Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending improvements, and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.

• Manages freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (pallet jacks, lifts, pacers). Identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight using warehouse systems, terminals, scales, and scanners.
• Maintains records, logs, and forms.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Maintains work area organization and freight flow by keeping areas clean, stacking empty pallets, and moving pallets using manual or powered equipment.
• Monitors freight to ensure cold chain and species compliance.
• Demonstrates skills in palletizing, machinery operation, ethical conduct, cold chain handling, material handling, order picking, and operating pallet jacks.
