Maintenance Manager

Full‑Time, Permanent. 40 hours per week, 5% travel.

• Identify and report efficiency opportunities (losses, reliability, cost and spare parts inventory) and implement solutions to optimize equipment and maintenance costs while minimizing downtime.
• Make or actively support critical decisions that impact the local site (team performance, maintenance and capital planning, production outage planning, costing/budgeting, etc.).
• Monitor relevant regulations to ensure compliance in areas such as ethical practices, employee and process safety, contractor safety, and environment.
• Develop and implement key people initiatives (training, talent development, skills planning, organization design, hiring/on‑boarding, succession management, etc.).
• Review key measures regularly to ensure production and quality expectations are met.

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 6-10 years of experience in plant operations and maintenance management, budgeting/cost management, and safety and environmental leadership.
• Strong analytical skills (process, equipment, technical data, incident/process investigation).
• Related experience in vendor/contractor negotiations is an asset.
• Occasional travel required.
• Safety‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors, stand for a shift, lift and climb stairs.
• Must pass pre‑hire physical and drug screen.
