Monitors and operates the HTST system according to PMO standards including the daily use of computers and HMI systems;
Coordinates CIP systems according to PMO and food safety plans;
Identifies process issues and/or deviations and escalates to management as necessary;
Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents.
